All retreat bookings are non-refundable, unless we are able to re-sell your space, in which case a refund of the full fee minus 20% for administrative tasks will be returned to you.
Refunds cannot be made in the following cases:
Transport cancellation (e.g. train, airplane etc). We highly recommend you take out travel insurance for this. Refunds cannot be made retrospectively; for example in case of no-shows.
We reserve the right to cancel the retreat for any reason. This would only happen in exceptional circumstances resulting us not being able to offer the retreat as advertised, or if the minimum number of participants to run the workshop / retreat is not met, or in case of Force Majeure. Should this happen, we will notify you as soon as we have knowledge of the cancellation and will refund you the full GBP amount you paid us in respect of the workshop. However, we will not be able to take responsibility for any additional expenses which you may have incurred, such as travel, holiday days or exchange rate losses.
We very much recommend that you purchase travel insurance to avoid disappointment.
Upon booking your favourite Bobble treat, we ask that you agree to our Terms and Conditions, including our Cancellation Policy; to ensure you are fully aware of the above. These things happen and although are rare, it’s good to be familiar with these rules.
In each cases, if you do need to cancel, we will take into consideration the reasons of cancellation and the uptake of the retreat participants; so come and talk to us.
Early Check-In - Late Check-Out:
Please notify us in advance of any need to arrive early or leave late. We’ll look to accommodate your schedule as much as possible, just get in touch with us to discuss.
Garth Barns, the surroundings and the rooms are strictly non-smoking. Being a yoga retreat, we’d prefer no smoking. We will, however, have a designated area for those in need; so just ask Adri upon arrival so that she can show you where to find your space.
Allergies and dietary requirements
We require that you tell us in advance about any dietary issues / requirements / needs that you may have, in order to be able to cater for your needs. We will not be able to meet your requirements if you do not communicate it to us at the time of your booking or at least two weeks prior to the retreat start date. Thank you for your understanding.
